We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our People & Culture (Human Resources) Team. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations, people management processes, and organizational development initiatives within a dynamic Oil & Gas logistics environment.
The position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while contributing to TSL’s people strategy and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding activities and documentation of new hires.
Help maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, reports, and other official correspondence.
Participate in HR compliance, documentation, and audit activities.
Provide administrative support in organizing trainings, staff welfare initiatives, and HR meetings.
Support day-to-day People & Culture operations and team deliverables.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Currently serving in the NYSC program and seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
