NYSC Business & HR Support Intern at Open Access Consulting

Job Purpose

• The NYSC Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the oranisation, particularly in recruitment, social media,client acquisition, background checks, training and general operations The role provides practical exposure to professional HR and consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling and follow-up.
• Assist with employee/candidate background checks and verification assignments.
• Support social media management, content development and digital marketing activities.
• Assist with identifying prospective clients and supporting business development and client acquisition.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes.
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, reports and other client documents.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, client, candidate and business development records.
• Conduct research and provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties assigned by team lead to support the company's operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member (26B stream 1 & 2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates who reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos will be given preference.
