    • 5 - 10 years of industrial catering work experience
    • Previous work experience with a similar industry
    • Understanding menu and recipe interpretation
    • A catering certificate would be an added advantage
    • Good communication in the English language
    • Multitasking to achieve results within specified timelines
    • High level of organization and detail
    • Catering hygiene standards application.
