Mobile Money Operator Relationship Manager at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The Oyo MMO Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the agent and merchant network within Oyo State, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and compliance for mobile money operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard mobile money agents and merchant partners.
• Monitor agent activity and drive transaction volume growth.
• Train agents on platform usage, products, and compliance policies.
• Ensure agent liquidity through proactive monitoring and support.
• Resolve field issues quickly and escalate critical challenges as needed.
• Conduct regular field visits and agent performance reviews.
• Support product rollout and promotions within the state.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on agent activities, KYC compliance, and market trends.

Monthly Target: 

• 30,000 application forms per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fintech, mobile money, or agency banking.
• Good understanding of the financial service needs in Oyo State.
• Strong interpersonal and field-based operational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting tools.
