Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, skilled, and customer-focused Mixologist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a passion for mixology, and the ability to craft unique and memorable drink experiences for guests.
• You will be responsible for designing drink menus, preparing beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or custom requests
• Create innovative and seasonal cocktail menus to enhance guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and offer recommendations
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques
• Train junior bar staff on drink preparation, presentation, and customer interaction
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and check customer identification when necessary
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a mixologist, bartender, or in a similar role
• Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred)
• Knowledge of drink trends, flavor profiles, and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Working Conditions:

• Evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required
• Work is performed in a bar, lounge, restaurant, or event environment.
