Job Description

• Our client is seeking for Merchant Onboarding Specialists for our Growth & Direct to Business (DTB) team
• The Merchant Onboarding Specialists will be responsible for selling our payment solutions directly to businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of potential clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of payments industry and market trends
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Remuneration (Net Salary)

• NGN120,000 - NGN 150,000 monthly.
