Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Mercedes-Benz Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including wiring, batteries, and electronic control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies and service techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. completion of an automotive technical program preferred.
• Certification as a Mercedes-Benz technician or equivalent experience in automotive electrical systems.
• 5 years experience working with electrical systems in luxury vehicles, preferably Mercedes-Benz.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and electronic control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must know how to use a computer.
