Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate Medical Director at Genesis Specialist Hospital.
• The Associate Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing all Clinical staff and operations, developing and implementing medical policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Will be supervising the Medical Officers and manage the Outpatient department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Clinical Practice Experience ( Preferably Consultant Physician)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to innovate and improve medical services
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Licensed and Practicing Physician ( General Practice, Internal Medicine, Adult Medicine)
• Experience in navigating healthcare regulations and policies
