Digital Marketer and Content Creator at Kayode Obembe Properties Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and websites.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, ads, newsletters, and basic visuals.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Basicvideo editing skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Experience in real estate, finance, or service-based industries.
