    Marketing Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) that drive revenue, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Coordinate marketing initiatives that support distributor engagement, sales promotion and brand visibility.
    • Oversee the media and digital team to ensure consistent, high-quality brand-aligned content across social media, website and other channels.
    • Approve creative content to maintain tone, quality, and brand uniformity.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to recommend improvements and innovative campaigns.
    • Support events, product launches, and promotional initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
    • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • Prepare regular marketing reports for management, highlighting results, ROI, and recommendations.
    • Participate in field marketing activities such as outreach campaigns, healthcare presentations, and community engagement programs.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, content creation, and brand positioning.
    • Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal).
    • Ability to coordinate teams, oversee content quality, and drive projects to completion.
    • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop is required.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
    • Must be available on Saturdays for outreach activities.
    • NYSC completion is preferred or candidates currently serving NYSC will also be considered.
    • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
