    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong strategic and executional capability to lead our marketing initiatives across Social Media, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Operations, Customer Operations, and Marketing Activity Operations.
    • This role requires a high-level marketing professional who can operate atManager standard, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and campaign performance through structured planning and hands-on execution.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Marketing:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Manage content planning, publishing schedules, and performance tracking across platforms.
    • Analyse data and optimise campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all social media channels.

    KOL / Influencer Operations

    • Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and influencers relevant to the brand.
    • Plan and execute KOL campaigns, from briefing to performance evaluation.
    • Manage KOL partnerships, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Track ROI and optimise KOL strategies for effectiveness.

    Customer Operations & Engagement:

    • Develop customer engagement strategies to support acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
    • Oversee customer communication campaigns and feedback management.
    • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
    • Use customer insights to guide marketing decisions and campaign optimisation.

    Marketing Activities & Campaign Operations:

    • Plan and manage online and offline marketing activities, promotions, and events.
    • Coordinate campaign execution, budgets, and resources.
    • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
    • Continuously optimise activities based on results and market trends.

    Strategic & Team Collaboration:

    • Support the development of overall marketing strategy and execution plans.
    • Provide guidance and direction to junior marketing team members.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with senior-level responsibilities.
    • Strong hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, KOL Operations, Customer Operations, and Marketing Activities.
    • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
