    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate projects, elevate brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals, industry trends, and best practices. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of the Group.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects across Ibadan and Osogbo.
    • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, emerging trends, and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategies.
    • Set marketing objectives and KPIs to track performance and ensure the success of initiatives.

    Brand Management

    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
    • Ensure adherence to the brand guidelines in all marketing materials, including advertisements, online content, and public communications.

    Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event-based marketing.
    • Manage advertising efforts, such as online ads, billboards, and print media, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
    • Oversee content creation for various marketing assets such as blogs, videos, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.

    Digital Marketing

    • Optimize the company’s website, landing pages, and online presence to drive lead generation and conversion.
    • Manage and improve SEO, SEM, email marketing campaigns, and social media strategies to enhance online visibility.
    • Analyze web traffic, social media performance, and other metrics to adjust strategies and maximize results.

    Lead Generation and Nurturing

    • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential buyers, investors, and partners.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured and converted into sales.

    Event Management

    • Organize property launches, open houses, and promotional events to showcase real estate projects and attract potential buyers.
    • Foster relationships with key industry partners, stakeholders, and media outlets through networking and industry events.

    Budget Management

    • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
    • Track expenditures and measure ROI to ensure campaigns are cost-effective while maintaining high-quality outputs.

    Team Leadership

    • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring that they are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company objectives.
    • Work with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in real estate or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and analytical tools.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).

    • Creativity and innovation in campaign design and execution.
    • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and act on marketing performance metrics.
