Job Brief
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Personnel to join our team. As MCP, you will promote our restaurants products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products.
Your Responsibilities:
Fully understand our services and communication needs
Gather the materials necessary in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique
Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia
Present design ideas and recommendations to the team
Create and implement social media content calendars
Evaluate success of campaigns when completed
Design fliers and promotional materials for events
Manage media coverage for events of the restaurant
Document pictorial memories and experiences at the restaurant and developing content out of them
Manage reservations and bookings
Other tasks as assigned

What are we looking out for
Degree in relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience as a marketing communications personnel or digital marketing personnel
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design and design tools like canva, illustrator, photoshop, figma
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
