We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Automation Specialist to oversee and execute automated marketing workflows, campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies that support the growth of Data2Bots’ digital marketing efforts. This role is focused on list management and behavioral triggers to email workflows and campaign reporting and plays a critical part in amplifying our brand's reach, engagement, and lead nurturing across digital touchpoints.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM campaign execution, or digital lifecycle marketing.
Proven hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit.
Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, segmentation, audience tagging, and conversion funnels.
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable campaign enhancements.
Experience automating campaigns for webinars, career programs, courses, and event promotions is a plus.
Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Webflow Forms) and form integrations.
Proficiency in A/B testing, lead scoring, and performance reporting dashboards.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email sequences, and lifecycle campaigns to support lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Execute drip campaigns for webinar signups, lead magnets, newsletter subscriptions, and gated content using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
Set up behavioral triggers and action-based journeys for segmented audiences (e.g., event attendees, course applicants, demo leads).
Create dynamic and personalized email content based on contact properties, tags, and behavior.
Manage and maintain clean email lists and subscriber databases, ensuring optimal segmentation and deliverability.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and generate reports for improvement.
Implement A/B testing for subject lines, CTA placement, content blocks, and send time optimization.
Integrate marketing automation tools with other platforms (e.g., landing pages, webinars, analytics dashboards).
Ensure all automation workflows comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Collaborate with the content, design, and social teams to synchronize messaging across the marketing funnel.
