Job Description:

• We are seeking to hire an experienced marketer who has an eye on the real estate market, to be an intermediary between clients and our company.
• The marketer will be responsible for the promotion and marketing company’s property, sales and to prospective clients and generate business.
• The marketer will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to selling of properties and continues follow up.

Responsibility:

• Ensure you meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales target.
• Develop strategies and marketing tactics to communicate company’s brand message
• Secure high property management deals for the company by working with other vendors, agents and members of the public.
• Visit potential customers for new business deals
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on property sales trend.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2years proven working experience as a real estate property marketing/sales person. OND/HND/Bsc in real estate marketing or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivation and drive combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics as a tool to drive real estate business.
• A team player with a customer oriented approach.
• Outstanding marketing skills with proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients.
