    Marketer

    Job Summary

    • The Marketer is responsible for driving business growth through patient acquisition, hospital and doctor engagement, and expanding referral networks.
    • This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key relationships, and implementing strategic outreach activities to increase foot traffic and corporate partnerships for the diagnostics center.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential referral sources including hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, HMOs, and corporate clients.
    • Execute field marketing and B2B outreach activities to promote the center’s diagnostic services.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with referring physicians and partner institutions.
    • Plan and coordinate medical fairs, wellness campaigns, and branded community health events.
    • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide weekly reports on marketing visits and outcomes.
    • Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt strategy and value proposition.
    • Liaise with the customer service and brand teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and experience.
    • Meet monthly targets for new client acquisition, referrals, and conversion metrics.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years’ marketing experience in healthcare, medical diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales.
    • A strong network within the medical community is highly desirable.
    • Valid driver’s license and readiness to carry out regular fieldwork.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
    • Result-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Understanding of healthcare marketing ethics and client education.
    • Strategic thinker with field marketing execution capabilities.
