We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketer – Bulk Purchases to drive institutional and wholesale sales in our supermarket.
The ideal candidate will identify bulk purchase opportunities, build strong relationships with customers (e.g., schools, restaurants, offices, caterers, etc.), and manage the end-to-end process of bulk order acquisition, negotiation, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients for bulk purchases (corporate clients, events, NGOs, resellers, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-volume customers to encourage repeat business.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase bulk order sales.
Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on order delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with store management and procurement to ensure availability of stock for bulk orders.
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities related to bulk sales.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Support marketing campaigns focused on institutional buyers or bulk purchasing customers.
Assist in developing custom packages or pricing for bulk buyers.
Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or retail.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
