Job Description

• The Business Registration Officer is responsible for handling company formation, licensing, and documentation processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process business name and company registrations.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
• Track registration progress and update clients.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and filings.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of corporate registration procedures in Nigeria.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
