    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic advice
    • Drive organizational changes
    • Conduct research, and develop growth strategies.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Meet financial targets, manage multiple projects efficiently, and cultivate client relationships.
    • Requirements: 5-7 years of experience, relevant degree, and additional qualifications if needed.
