Requirements

• 12–15 years’ senior management experience in Banking/Finance (Microfinance experience highly preferred).
• MBA, ACA/ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications an added advantage.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of CBN Microfinance regulations, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including regulators, investors, and customers.
• Strong customer and banking network.
