Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MFB)

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 15 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Requirements
- A First Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational sustainability in a regulated financial environment.
- Strong understanding of CBN regulatory guidelines and microfinance operations.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
