    Manager

    Responsibilities;

    • Oversee the daily operations of the confectionery store to ensure smooth and efficient service.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
    • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

    Requirements;

    • Bsc/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • 3 years proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in food or confectionery.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
