Manager Training will:

• Be responsible for  leading from the front in marketing our training products and services
• Have the ability to design, structure and coordinate the delivery of training programmes
• Be capable of undertaking training need analysis for organizations
• Effectively coordinate the management and development of the training function of the firm.

The successful candidates will:

• Be a university graduate, preferably at a post-graduate level in the humanities and related disciplines, with not less than 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Have had some experience managing the training function of a well-structured consulting or training company.
• Well-developed contacts at senior levels in various organizations
• Very strong entrepreneur business development and excellent writing skills
