    Manager, Sales and Marketing

    PROFILE SUMMARY:

    • Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive the company’s sales activities in the Lagos region. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in the LNG and Gas industry, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. This role is best suited for a highly motivated individual who is familiar with the geographical and industry landscape of Lagos and is eager to take on a target-based sales role.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Lagos region.
    • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the LNG, LCNG and Gas sectors.
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

    Market Development:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
    • Expand Greenville LNG's market presence by identifying and penetrating new markets within the region.
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain long-term relationships.
    • Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to management.
    • Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving market conditions.
    • Use CRM tools to manage customer data and sales activities, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing, Legal, Project, operations, Logistics and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Provide input and insights into product development based on customer feedback and market demands.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting team goals.

    • Engineering graduate/Post graduate/CA/CFA
    • 12 years +
