Job Description
- Ensure that all daily business operations run smoothly.
- Develop and execute company business strategies.
- Provide accurate feedback to the MD on Business activities.
- Ensure that company guidelines are effectively communicated to the staff.
- Maintain Budget and optimize expenses.
- Delegate and supervise responsibilities of staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
- Ability to manage the business in the absence of the MD.
- Must be a FEMALE.
- Must be smart and outspoken with leadership qualities.
- Must be able to communicate and maintain trust relationships between clients, Busness partneras and authorities.
