Responsibilities
Food Preparation:

• he cook prepares different meals according to the hotel menu and ensures that all dishes are properly cooked and well presented.

Menu Execution:

• They follow the hotel’s menu and recipes to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.

Kitchen Hygiene and Cleanliness:

• The cook ensures that the kitchen, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas are kept clean and in line with food safety and hygiene standards.

Food Storage and Handling:

• Proper storage of food items is very important. The cook ensures that ingredients are stored correctly to prevent spoilage and contamination.

Quality Control:

• The cook checks the freshness of ingredients and ensures that meals served to guests meet the hotel’s quality standards.

Stock Monitoring:

• They help monitor kitchen supplies and ingredients and inform the kitchen supervisor or chef when items are running low.
• Team Collaboration:
• The cook works closely with other kitchen staff such as chefs, kitchen assistants, and waiters to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Timely Food Service:

• Ensuring that meals are prepared and served on time, especially during busy periods, to maintain good customer satisfaction.

Following Health and Safety Regulations:

Supporting the Head Chef:
