Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy data reporting specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, taking records, and supervising and monitoring of activities involving the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.
• Take data entry of inbound and outbound stock.
• Maintain accurate records of materials/bags processed daily.
• Monitor and oversee the truck loading process.
• Process truck gate passes efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to the logistics supervisor.
• Input, update and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Generate reports and statistical summaries as required by the team and management.
• Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field with 2-5 years experience.
• Strong proficiency in computer operations, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Should be available to work Monday to Saturday onsite.
• A preferred candidate should be between the age of 20-28 years.
