Maintenance Officer - Immediate Resumption at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities

• Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities (lights, furniture, plumbing, AC, etc.).
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement regular checks and servicing for HVAC, generators, water systems, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Guest & Staff Support: Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Facility Upkeep: Oversee interior/exterior appearance, including painting, grounds, and cleaning.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations, use PPE, and report hazards.
• Vendor Management: Supervise external technicians and contractors.
• Inventory & Reporting: Manage maintenance supplies and keep detailed logs of activities and repairs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
