Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and the performance of vechicles.
Resolve urgent issues by arranging immediate repairs and taking preventive measures to avoid recurrent faults.
Analyze breakdowns and failures to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Update and maintain maintenance logs and records using maintenance management systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and effective execution of maintenance plans.
Review and recommend modifications to maintenance equipment and processes.
Supervise the techanicians to ensure smooth operation.
Education and Certification Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering,or related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in maintenance management such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) will be an added advantage.
Several years of experience in maintenance operations, with proven leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of the specific tools, equipment, and systems used in the industry.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
