Maintenance Officer (Graduate Entry) at Midas Minning Limited

Job Summary:-

• The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines and other heavy equipment on site.
• This position is strictly for graduates of Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize Machines performance.
• Support the Maintenance supervisor in the management of operators and mechanics.
• Conduct regular inspections of excavators, breakers, payloaders and other equipment to identify maintenance needs. 
• Source and procure spare parts and materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering only. 
• At least a year experience in maintenance management, preferably in a construction or mining company .
• A good knowledge of heavy duty machines maintenance, repair, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
