Job Summary
- We're currently seeking a smart, confident, and goal-driven NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Telemarketer.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Promote and explain the company’s loan products and services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales/marketing is an added advantage
- Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Benefits
- Salary: N70,000 Monthly.
- Performance-based incentives/commissions
