Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
Provide personalized recommendations for accommodation/event location based on client requirements. Design and create detailed travel itineraries that include accommodation, tours, excursions and event packages.
Ensure itineraries align with client preferences, taking into consideration factors such as travel dates, budget, and special requests.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of various packages, tour operators, and travel services (Eg. Protocol)
Coordinate bookings for accommodations, Meeting halls and other travel-related services.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and added amenities for clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling MICE packages and related services. Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
Conduct post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback, address any concerns, and build long-term relationships with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, Events and hotel management, and tour operators.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
