Luxury Fashion Store Manager at Owens and Xley

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and stylish Luxury Fashion Store Manager to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining our high-end brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience for our clients.
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including designer clothing, handbags, and accessories.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with our buying team to provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail management role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with retail management software.

Preferred Location:

Candidates residing in Ikoyi, Yaba, or Gbagada areas are highly preferred, due to proximity to our store location.
