    Logistics Associates

    Role Overview

    The Logistics Associates supports the Rider Manager in overseeing the daily operations, performance, and welfare of delivery riders. The role ensures smooth coordination between riders, hubs, and other departments to achieve operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Rider Supervision & Coordination

    • Assist in monitoring rider attendance, punctuality, and daily task allocation.
    • Ensure riders adhere to delivery schedules and service standards.
    • Support in resolving rider-related operational issues promptly.

    Performance Tracking

    • Collect, review, and report daily, weekly, and monthly rider performance metrics (e.g., delivery completion rate, timeliness, customer feedback).
    • Assist in implementing rider appraisal and reward systems.

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new riders.
    • Ensure all riders are trained on company processes, customer service, and safety standards.

    Compliance & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rider data, including attendance, payment, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure riders comply with company policies, safety regulations, and code of conduct.

    Communication & Support

    • Serve as a liaison between riders and management.
    • Provide administrative support to the Rider Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communication.
    • Assist in addressing rider grievances and welfare matters.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
    • 1–2 years experience in logistics, operations, or rider management.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
    • Knowledge of local routes and delivery operations is an added advantage.
    • Available for immediate resumption
