    Logistic & Office Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Logistics and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s logistics operations, including rider management, while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
    • This role ensures that riders are properly coordinated, office facilities are well maintained, and company assets are effectively managed and accounted for.

    Key Responsibilities
    Logistics & Rider Management:

    • Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations involving company riders.
    • Schedule riders, assign routes, and monitor performance to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Ensure riders comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
    • Track rider attendance, productivity, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
    • Oversee maintenance, fueling, and proper use of delivery vehicles and bikes.

    Office Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, utilities, vendors, and service providers.
    • Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained and promptly repaired when needed.
    • Support administrative processes and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

    Asset Management:

    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets, including bikes, equipment, furniture, and office tools.
    • Ensure proper usage, storage, and accountability of company assets.
    • Track asset allocation, movement, maintenance, and depreciation where applicable.
    • Implement asset control procedures to prevent loss, misuse, or damage.

    Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, asset status, and office operations.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in logistics, office management, or operations management.
    • Experience managing riders, drivers, or field staff is an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and people-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
