Loan Recovery Officer at Renmoney

Job Responsibilities

• The Recovery Officer role is a full-time hybrid role located in Abuja and Lagos. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the loan recovery process.
• The role will require the Officer to liaise with clients who have defaulted on their loans or payments and work collaboratively with clients to find solutions.
• The responsibilities will also involve working with internal departments within Renmoney to build appropriate strategies.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
• Minimum of 2 years Field Recovery experience
• Knowledge of financial and non-financial agreement processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in the banking or microfinance industry is a plus
