    Promotional Executives

    Salary: NGN 300,000 Naira Monthly

    We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and goal-driven Promotional Executives to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying ideal prospects and generating leads at our promotional venue in Lagos. This role requires a blend of creativity, confidence, and an understanding of real estate market trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in marketing, promotions, sales or any related field. Experience in real estate is a plus.
    • Good looking and very professional 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
    • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.

    OND/HND/BSC qualifications are required

    Scope of Work

    • Promote the Company and all affiliated companies’ products and services.
    • Generate quality leads for the Company and its affiliates.
    • Achieve monthly leads and sales set targets.
    • Build strong & professional rapport with prospective clients.
    • Professionally represent the Company and its affiliates at all times.

    Business Development Executives

    Salary: N500,000 Net Monthly + 1% commission on every sale.

    Key Requirement: We prefer candidates who graduated from top private universities in Nigeria or from known universities abroad.

    Note: Fresh graduates can also apply as there will be trainings and room to learn.

    Job Summary;

    You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company\\\'s growth. This is a hands-on role for a sales hunter who thrives on the front lines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
    • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
    • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry.
    • Market Expertise: Become an expert on our services/market to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.

    Other Requirements 

    • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector.
    • This role is open to graduates from top private university graduates or graduates from recognized universities abroad.
    • Sales and business development enthusiasts and ability to learn.
    • A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • A proactive, person with a high level of resilience and initiative.
    • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
