    Legal Secretary

    The ideal candidate must possess the following:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Tech savvy, with excellent social media/content creation skills.
    • Proficiency in the use of Ms Office applications.
    • Proficiency in the use of canva or other media/video editing tools.
    • Essentially, your job description is to:
    • Serve as the legal secretary/front desk officer of the firm.
    • Manage the firm's digital footprint [i.e., creating social media contents under the responsible Partner's supervision, etc].
    • Carry out other tasks that are reasonably incidental to the above.
