Job Description

Job Type:

• Full-time, 5.5 days a week – Remote, work from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on town planning, licensing, and property regulations.
• Prepare concise reports and summaries on planning and licensing rules in the UK.
• Generate SEO-friendly blogs and content related to urban planning, property law, and real estate.
• Assist in lead generation by identifying potential clients and drafting outreach materials.
• Maintain and update the company website to keep information accurate and relevant.
• Manage social media activity and develop a posting schedule related to planning and property trends.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract clients.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills (can analyse policies, regulations, and laws).
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in proofreading and data verification.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, or Google Ads (not required but a plus).
• Experience in content writing, digital marketing, or legal blogs.
• Understanding of Canva or other design tools for social media.
