Job Description

• Draft and review contractual and legal documentation.
• Reviewing Contracts/ Agreements with Vendors
• Review internal policies and procedures
• Conduct legal and industry research from time to time.
• Provide legal support to all job functions including those responsible for financial and legal issues.
• Monitoring organizational compliance.
• Have an accurate and up to date working knowledge of contract language and structure.

Requirements

• A Graduate Degree in Law (Minimum of second class lower)
• A member of the Nigerian Bar Association
• At least 3 years cognate experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
