    Learning Partner

    The Learning Partner plays a key role in shaping the leadership capabilities and will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs across different organizational layers, co-creating effective learning experiences, and driving the execution of core and elective leadership programs whilst contributing to the broader Learning & Capability agenda through project management, vendor engagement, and cross-country collaboration.

    • You possess strong project management and facilitation skills with an eye for detail and quality.
    • You are data-driven, capable of translating insights into actionable learning strategies.
    • You’re confident managing budgets and working with vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
    • You are comfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%) to support regional initiatives.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and People Managers to assess leadership development needs.
    • Review IDP and talent data to identify trends and target audiences for development programs.
    • Hold regular developmental conversations to stay aligned with business priorities.
    • Create learning communities and contribute to the evolution of leadership curricula.
    • Support the re-design of existing programs to ensure relevance and impact.
    • Strengthen knowledge of the leadership curriculum across local HR teams.
    • Maintain accurate and timely training plans and reports to meet internal standards and compliance needs.
    • Track and reconcile leadership and functional training data for ITF purposes.
    • Work closely with both internal and external training vendors to ensure effective solution delivery.
    • Contribute to CoE projects and support leadership curriculum delivery across the region, with occasional travel.
