Learning Officer

Our client, a training firm located at Gbagada is looking to hire a Learning Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Provide training assistant to training facilitators.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and implementation of learning programs in line with defined standards.
- Monitor the entire training delivery process and ensure that all training participants are comfortable with the training delivery process.
- Coordinate and manage all activities/logistics (flawlessly) involved in training implementation.
- Prepare timely post-training implementation report in line with agreed service level agreement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in any field
- 0-1 year experience in any role
- Proximity to Gbagada will be preferred.
- SMART with a good attitude to learn
- Must be willing to work
- Good oral and written communication
PAY: NGN 70,000

LOCATION: GBAGADA
