    Learning & Development Support Officer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
    Industry: Banking/Financial Institution

    Responsibilities

    • Actively monitor and provide timely support to the Learning & Development Team
    • Assist in implementing various learning methods in the company
    • Support the L&D Team in the design and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops and trainings
    • Execute other tasks that may be assigned

    Requirements

    • OND / NCE Holders
    • Must be passionate about HR, Learning & Development.
    • Knowledgeable about Financial Institutions
    • 25 years and below
    • Effective communication skills
    • High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.

    Remuneration
    Net pay - N52,000 net plus HMO, Pension & other benefits.
