Learning & Development Manager & LMS Administrator
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager & LMS Administrator will design and execute learning strategies, manage the company’s LMS, and drive workforce capability development across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a company-wide L&D strategy.
Administer the LMS platform and optimize its use.
Design and deliver training programs (in-person, e-learning, blended).
Track and evaluate training effectiveness and compliance.
Support leadership development and talent management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5 - 7 years experience in L&D, with at least 3 in LMS administration.
Strong instructional design, facilitation, and analytics skills.
Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
