As a Learning Community Experience Intern at ALX, you will gain hands-on experience in the world of education technology and contribute to the growth of our vibrant learning community.
This role combines technical expertise, educational leadership, and community building. You will be a critical catalyst in our mission to develop Africa's next generation of tech and professional leaders, working across various program domains including Pathway, data, technology, creative track, and career development.
The ideal candidate is as comfortable with data analysis and visualization as they are with community building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end program lifecycle from activation to alumni transition
Collaborate cross-functionally with city teams, central program teams, and other functions within the organization
Analyze program metrics and create impact reports
Support and engage with the learner community
Track and measure community engagement metrics
Manage program operations, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Implement data collection and analysis frameworks
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum 3 years of any experience (depending on the role you select): Pathway 1, Pathway 2, AICE/VA/PF 1, AICE/VA/PF 2, AWS/SF/Cyber, Creative 1, Creative 2, Data/Community, FE/BE/Pro Dev 1 and FE/BE/Pro Dev 2.
