A leading FMCG/confectionery industry needs to fill the role of a LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, jobshadowing, online training)
• Design and deliver workshops and other training
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career paths.

Job type:  Full time

• Age:  30 – 42 years
• Salary: Negotiable (Salary is between 200,000 – 250,000)
