Job Brief*
We are looking for a Lead Project Manager who will take responsibility for the full life-cycle implementation of key projects, the project management team and clients relations. The candidate should have strong experience in strategic thinking, problem solving, scope definition, communication, prospecting and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidates will have leadership qualities and people-skills which are essential in order to engage and influence.We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities

• Manage key projects from initiation to execution
• Oversee project management team
• Manage external and internal stakeholders interactions
• Project scope definition, profitability analysis and negotiation
• Serve as the lead point of contact for project inquiry matters.
• Define project deliverables, milestones and action plan
• Monitor company projects
• Draft and review business proposals
• Manage the lead prospecting process and convert
• Report to management on projects, customer interactions and PM activities
• Provide input to development of business goals and assess recommendations for
• new business areas and opportunities.
• Any other job assigned to you in your field

*Qualifications and requirements*

• Higher National Diploma / Degree from a recognised university
• 1-3 Years Project Management, Communications or related experience
• Must be honest and enthusiastic for project management
• Must have good knowledge of project management tools
• Must have very good communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Must be organised and detail oriented.
• Above all, you must be proactive and ready to join a team profoundly customer oriented.
