    Lead Product Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the product design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
    • Define and implement design strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and user needs.
    • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints and business goals.
    • Guide the design process, from research and conceptual sketches to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
    • Conduct and oversee user research to validate concepts and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure design quality and brand consistency across products.
    • Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth. - Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design decisions clearly.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance the design process and output.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
    • Proven experience leading a design team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX principles, with the ability to translate user research and usability testing into design decisions.
    • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to a wide range of audiences.
    • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
