    Lead Generation Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Screen Scraping & Lead Generation: Utilize screen scraping tools to collect data from targeted websites and create lead lists within our ICP, ensuring high-quality lead acquisition.
    • Outbound Sales Campaigns: Develop and iterate on email copy and strategies to convert outbound email campaigns into bookings and qualified leads.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth handoff for lead conversion.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update lead databases and CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for prospects and leads.

    Secondary Responsibilities (Nice to Have):
     

    • Email Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation volume, conversion rates, and email campaign performance, including open and click rates.
    • Domain Authority Protection: Oversee 20-30 domains, manage domain warming, monitor email account health, and work closely with IT to address email blockages and protect domain reputation.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Robust Lead Generation: Delivery of high-quality, ICP-aligned leads that support the sales team in reaching their targets.
    • Effective Campaign Performance: Improvement in outbound email engagement, resulting in increased bookings and lead conversion.
    • Accurate Data Management: Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate lead databases that allow seamless sales follow-ups and outreach.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2+ years experience in lead generation or sales development with high-velocity outbound sales.
    • Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and screen scraping tools like Clay is essential, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
