Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Specialistat GIGMTravels in Lagos.
• The Tour specialistwill be responsible for organizing and arranging guided tours, providing travel and tourism assistance to customers, managing reservations, and driving sales in the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Speaking in public to people with various levels of English comprehension
• Good time management and a high degree of organizational ability
• Solid knowledge of local points of interest, along with accurate information about the attractions being visited
• Soft skills relating to people management and the ability to keep a group together on trips through unfamiliar locations
• Experience in organizing and conducting guided tours
• Knowledge of travel and tourism industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage reservations efficiently
• Sales experience in the travel industry

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations
• Proficiency in handling travel-related software and systems
